It sounds almost too good to be true. Forty billionaires in the United States have pledged to give at least half of their fortunes to charities. Their pledges follow a campaign launched by Microsoft founder Bill Gates and legendary investor Warren Buffet. They are two of the world's richest men and have become generous philanthropists.
