US military buildup off Venezuela heightens tensions

The US military is ramping up its presence near Venezuela, as tensions rise in the Caribbean. President Nicolas Maduro has warned of a possible invasion and is reportedly seeking support from Russia, though Moscow has denied plans for military aid.
