US military threat fuels fear and uncertainty in Venezuela

The US Navy has deployed 15 warships, including its largest aircraft carrier, the USS Gerald Ford, near Venezuela as tensions rise in the Caribbean. Around 15,000 US troops are stationed in the region, fueling fears in Caracas of possible military action.
