A recent report has rated the US intelligence agencies in Afghanistan as being incompetent and largely irrelevant. Major General Michael Flynn, the top US and NATO military intelligence officer in Afghanistan, submitted his findings only days after a triple agent apparently killed seven CIA agents there.
