Climate change isn’t gender-neutral – and Barnokhon Artikkhodjaeva is making sure the media reflects that. Through the EU-funded Tabassum project, she trains media actors in Uzbekistan to report on climate issues with a gender lens – helping bring women’s voices into the spotlight. Because women are not only more vulnerable to climate impacts, they are also key to the solutions.
