Victims commemorate one of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical scandals in the German city of Aachen

50 years ago a German pharmaceutical company launched a morning sickness drug. Also used as a sleeping pill, it was taken by thousands of pregnant women who therefore gave birth to thousands of deformed babies.
