The 18th International AIDS conference continues in the Austrian capital Vienna - with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon warning cuts in funding could hamper efforts to fight the disease. The conference, which is held every two years, will update knowledge about anti-retroviral therapy - which has successfully controlled the spread of HIV/AIDS in many parts of the world.
