Vintage: Morgan Three-Wheeler

The 1936 Morgan Three-Wheeler F2 two-seater is one of the last examples of a very special kind of vehicle. Between 1909 and 1953, some 30,000 three-wheelers like it were built in Malvern, England. Morgan's reasons for making these unusual vehicles are more economic than technical ones.

It used to be possible in England to register a three-wheel vehicle as a morotcycle rather than a car, making it an attractive option for young families looking to save money on their vehicle tax.
