We follow two of the finalists in the Metal Battle – now in its 13th year. Lynchpin is the first ever entry from Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean twin island nation best known for their steel drums. Tidal Dreams are coming to Wacken from Athens. The Greek band prefer a melodious style of metal, accented with bagpipes - the same instrument once mentioned by playwright Aristophanes in ancient times.
