#The multi-Billion dollar, and Euro, bailouts of banks on three continents with taxpayer cash has led to painful austerity programs for millions of people who are seeing their futures leveled. In Britain, for example, students have rioted over the tripling of university fees. And the bank bailouts there were supposed to help small and medium sized businesses. But so far - most of them have not seen affordable - but usurious loans - if they've seen any at all.
