Vincent Chao is the first Taiwanese representative to be invited to the Munich Security Conference since 2015. He called for more support for Taiwan, saying "actions speak louder than words." He also argued that "it is the right time for the international community to show China that China really can't afford to engage in a sort of military adventurism."
