What does the Berlin Pride attack mean for city's identity?

One person was killed and another 29 were injured in Saturday's terror attack on Berlin's Pride celebrations. Berlin's Queer Commissioner explains to DW what it means for the German capital's identity as an open city.

DW asked Alfonso Pantisano, Queer Commissioner of the Berlin State Government for the acceptance of sexual and gender diversity, how the LGBTQ+ community was feeling in the wake of the attack, whether enough was being done to protect queer events and public gatherings in Germany and what he would like to see from the country's political leaders in the coming days.
