Whistleblower Katharine Gun says Britain's Official Secrets Act is a "draconian piece of legislation". In 2003, shortly before the start of the Iraq War, Gun leaked top-secret information to The Obeserver newspaper. Gun's story has been made into a movie called "Official Secrets".
