Spain is celebrating its first ever victory in the World Cup Final after beating the Netherlands one- nil with just four minutes left in extra time. It was a well contested but rough match which saw a record number of yellow cards and one red card being handed out. Spain, which has never made it to a World Cup final, won the tournament just two years after winning the European Championships.
