Welcome back .... German Families minister Kristina Schröder is hosting talks today on increasing the number of women in leading positions in industry. German industry had agreed to up the number of women board members to a third, but progress in the larger companies has been slow. There have been increased calls from the opposition and even from within the centre-right coalition for imposing quotas. In Norway, it's already reality.
