Yuan to become reserve currency

It's a very exclusive club -- and China wants in. Today the International Monetary Fund is widely expected to approve the Chinese Yuan as a global reserve currency. That would allow the Chinese currency into the penthouse suite currently occupied by the world's most rock-solid elite: the US dollar, the euro, the British pound, and the Japanese yen.
