Some 150-thousand refugees from Libya are estimated to have left the country over the last few weeks - and many have been heading over the border to Tunisia - which has been the main departure point for migrants heading to Europe. The camps that house them are becoming increasingly crowded and short of suppplies, and UN health authorites are concerned they could see the spread of disease. The refugees are becoming increasingly angry.
