Sinadarin bitamin C na taimakon garkuwar jiki

Wata hanya da masana a kan nau'oin abinci sun bayyana cewa akwai bukatar yin amfani da nau'in abinci mai gina jiki domin taimakawa garkuwar jiki wajen yaki da hana kamuwa da cutar Corona.

A dai dai lokacin da cutar Corona ke cigaba da ta'azzara, mutane na bukatar garkuwar jiki mai karfi wajen yakarta. Sai dai Jiki na bukatar isasshen bitamin da nau'in abinci mai gina jiki don yakar cutar. Batun da mutane da yawa basu damu da shi ba.

Sanya takunkumi ko kyallen rufe baki da hanci tare da bada tazara da kuma wanke hannu sune dokokin da ake amfani da su a yanzu a duniya. Sai dai ba za mu iya nade hannu mu jira  har sai an samo magani mai inganci a kan COVID-19 ko kuma alurar riga kafi ba.

Tare da abokan aiki, ya samar da takardun da ke dauke da takaitattun bayanan sakamakon bincike kan abinci mai gina jiki da tasirinsu akan tsarin garkuwar jikin dan adam. Wadanda zasu iya zama karin hanyoyi na yaki da kwayar cutar Corona.
