* Participates in/leads continuous improvement programs/cross-functional teams including the identification of potential synergies & cost savings by integration of logistics functions / activities between the various projects in BISS. Lead the BISS Supply Chain Council

* Responsible for in setting performance goals and settle departmental personnel issues

* Responsible for developing relationships with Customs, Port Authority, Maritime Safety Administration, 3rd party logistics companies, and other investors in SCIP
