综合通讯社消息,埃及总统选举周六进入第二轮投票。选民在投票站外排起了长龙。由于人多,投票站不得不延长开放时间。截至目前,没有发生重大冲突。出于安全考虑,埃及军方出动40万士兵负责维稳。除穆斯林兄弟会推举的候选人穆尔希之外,穆巴拉克倒台前任命的总理沙菲克也是角逐埃及总统的两名候选人之一。德国外长韦斯特韦勒称,此次选举是埃及向民主迈进的重要一步,并呼吁埃及人民和平的进行投票。
