缅甸希望改善穆斯林少数群体的权利

缅甸政府准备让穆斯林少数群体享有更多的权利。该国总统吴登盛在致联合国的一封信中表示,缅甸正在考虑给予罗辛亚人工作许可,允许他们享有更多的迁徙自由。但是吴登盛总统没有透露是否继续剥夺罗辛亚人的公民权。-自六月以来,缅甸罗辛亚族成员受到暴力袭击,造成多人丧生。为支持缅甸的改革,美国已经放宽对该国的制裁,解除了贸易封锁。周一,(11月19日) 奥巴马总统将前往缅甸。
