国际社会加大对伊朗施压

联合国5个常任理事国以及德国今天(3月8日)发表一份共同声明,敦促伊朗在核争议问题上转变立场。声明要求伊朗伊斯兰共和国无条件进行"严肃对话",允许国际原子能机构视察员进入帕尔欣(Parchin)军事设施核查。该机构怀疑该军事设施内从事的研究工作对开发核武器具有重要意义。据德国外交部通报,美俄英法中和德国的代表在国际原子能机构理事会强调了对伊朗核计划获进展的忧虑。六国在共同声明中指出,德黑兰政府必须对所有与核计划有关的尚未澄清的问题进行全面的和透明的解释,必须终止其掩盖和拖延政策,排除对其核计划目的的一切有理由的怀疑。欧盟共同外交与安全政策高级代表阿什顿新近宣布,根据六国的授权,她已正式向德黑兰当局提出尽快恢复关于伊朗核计划的谈判。德国外长韦斯特韦勒今天表示,这是一次机会,"是否利用这个机会,重返合作,取决于伊朗自己"。
