“暴乱小猫”乐队成员向人权法院递交起诉

俄罗斯女子朋克乐团"暴乱小猫"(Pussy Riot)的一名成员向位于斯特拉斯堡的欧洲人权法院递交了起诉书。这位假释出狱的活跃人士以违反言论自由、非法拘禁等罪名对俄罗斯当局提出了起诉。“暴乱小猫”乐队三个成员因在教堂举行反普京总统的抗议行动,两个月前分别被判处两年监禁。
在10月初,莫斯科一家上诉法院宣布释放俄罗斯女子朋克乐队“暴动小猫”的其中一名成员,此项裁决是因为她还没能参加抗议活动就已被警卫人员驱逐出了莫斯科基督救世主大教堂。上诉法院维持对其她两名乐队成员的原判。
